Returns

Changed your mind? No problem! We accept returns for products that are unopened, unused, and still in their original packaging. To qualify, just make sure to get in touch with us within 15 days of receiving your order.

Getting started is easy—just send us an email at hello@onehappykale.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Please note that while shipping may have been free on your original order, our shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Need to cancel or make a change to your order? We’re happy to help! While we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to accommodate every request, we’ll always do our very best to find a solution. Reach out to us at hello@onehappykale.com, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Mistakes happen, and we’ve got your back! If you realize there’s an error in your shipping address, contact us at hello@onehappykale.com right away. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to fix it.

However, please know that we aren’t able to refund orders shipped to an incorrect address entered during checkout.

Received a Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Product

Oh no! That’s not the experience we wanted for you. If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please email us at hello@onehappykale.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We’ll take care of the issue and provide a replacement or a Gift Card for the full value of your order so you can reorder.
